I’m a new patient of Dr Keen, not to oral surgeons however. You see I just relocated to Madison from Pittsburgh Pa where the chair of oral surgery at Pitt Dental replaced numerous teeth with implants over the past 20 years. Dr Keen was by far the better of the two, yes even The Head Honcho at Pitt Dental School. Oh btw I broke an old crown and the root was still in my jaw! I was a little apprehensive about having this done as I’ve had some significant painful postops! Right from the initial consult, to the lidocaine injection to the extraction and placement of the implant I felt nothing. He gave some Percocet but I’m here to say I didn’t use 1 tablet! He was so slick, so precise so dental on the placement. I even told my wife that it was always the 2nd post op day that the pain was worse well it wasn’t- no pain! Thank you Dr Keen for a JOB well done! The staff was just as good and worked together as a fine tune instrument!
I got a warm welcoming as I entered the premise. They listened to my concerns. Worked in a very timely manner. Also they corrected areas that was needed
The staff was so nice and friendly. I was so nervous about getting my tooth removed. Everything went so fast and smooth. I didn’t feel a thing.
Staff is great, and facility is very comfortable. Dr. Keen inspires confidence. Hurts like hell now, but thanks for the pain meds-it’s manageable.

Dr.Keen and Lori took very good care of my son today. They were very thorough in explaining the process and after care. He had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. All of the staff there were also very helpful and welcoming.
