Dr. Keen was very professional. He offers sedation or non-sedation. I chose non-sedation and while the actual process of having a tooth pulled I can honestly say I felt no pain after the initial numbing shots. He has a great sense of humor that puts people at ease and helps take your mind off of what is going on. This is the second time I have had to go to him and I recommend him highly. His staff is very courteous and professional. Hopefully I won't need his service again but if I do, he will be the one I go to.
